One app for the music team: rotas from templates, chord charts in the right key and a live run-of-show for the stage. Volunteers accept from their own calendar, and pay nothing.
If any of these hit home, BandFlow was built for you.
Copying names between sheets, messaging people one by one, chasing who replied. It eats an evening every week.
The setlist is in someone's inbox, the chord charts are in a shared folder, and the new member has neither.
You assigned them on paper, but they never got the memo. Now you're short a vocalist on Sunday morning.
One tool for the rota, another for chord charts, another for the stage timer, and the team's contacts and attendance in yet another place.
From the Tuesday rota to the Sunday countdown, in one app instead of three.
Save your Sunday service as a template with its groups and positions. Each week, create the event and fill the positions instead of starting from a blank sheet.
Publishing sends a real calendar invitation. Volunteers accept or decline in Gmail or Outlook, and their answer shows on your lineup.
Members block the dates they're away. You see who's free before you assign, and an unavailable person is flagged with their dates.
Attach the songs, transposable chord charts and backing tracks to the event. A run sheet gives every song and section its start time.
Go live on Sunday: everyone sees what's on now, what's next and the countdown. Put the stage display on a monitor with a QR code, or a green layout for your video mixer.
A directory of everyone you keep track of, with your own custom fields, groups for each ministry, attendance check-ins and sign-up forms you share by link.
A real walkthrough: plan a service from a template, assign roles, and track who's confirmed.
A real walkthrough of BandFlow.
Build the setlist, generate chord sheets, attach backing tracks, assign positions and publish. Members open Stand View on stage and play. Designed so a worship leader can prep a Sunday set in minutes, not evenings.
Type or paste lyrics and chords; BandFlow lays them out in a clean, transposable chart. Every song in the library has its own chart that members open in one tap.
Attach a backing track or reference recording to a song and play it inline from the song page or the setlist. No more digging through cloud folders mid-rehearsal.
Open any event in a full-screen reader: lyrics, charts and PDFs at big sizes, swipe between songs, no sidebar. Distraction-free for the player on stage.
No training needed. No complicated setup.
Create the organization, add your positions and a service template. Coming from Planning Center? Import your songs with their arrangements and files.
Send one invite link. Members join for free, fill in their profile and block the dates they're away.
Create the event, fill the positions, publish. Volunteers answer from their calendar, and on the day you run it live.
From worship teams to orchestras, BandFlow works for music groups of all kinds.
Schedule the worship band and the tech team, send the charts in the right key, and run Sunday services, Christmas and Easter from one place. Members and leaders never pay.
Manage student ensembles, recitals, and performances. Assign students to parts and distribute repertoire.
Coordinate section assignments, rehearsals, and concerts for groups of any size.
Keep your volunteer musicians organized, informed, and showing up prepared.
Three shifts that happen on their own once your team is on BandFlow.
Build an event, assign positions, publish. Members get notified, accept or decline from their dashboard. No more emailing names back and forth between spreadsheets.
Setlists, chord sheets and backing tracks are attached to the event itself. Every member has them one tap away on their phone, so nobody walks in without the chart.
Members block dates they're unavailable. You see at a glance who's free before making assignments, so a Sunday-morning short-staffing surprise becomes a Tuesday-afternoon fix.

Create an event (or start from a template), fill the positions such as Lead Guitar, Drums or Vocals, and publish. Each person gets a calendar invitation and can accept or decline from their inbox or from BandFlow.
