Sound familiar?

These are the problems BandFlow was built to solve.

You practise, but can't tell if it's working

Weeks go by and it feels like running in circles. Without a record, you can't see what improved or what you keep skipping.

Your practice lives in five different apps

A metronome app, a tuner app, an ear trainer, YouTube and a notes app. Each one starts from zero, none of them talk to each other.

You sit down and don't know what to work on

Twenty minutes go to deciding instead of playing. The weak spot stays weak because nothing points at it.

BandFlow puts all of it in one log.

From the practice room to the stage

Your practice, your songs and your gigs, in one account.

Practice Journal + Timer

Start a timer on the song or exercise you're working on, log focus areas and a rating, and write what improved and what's next. Weekly goals and a streak keep you showing up.

Song Library

Every song you play with its key, tempo, lyrics, YouTube link, PDF chart and backing track. Slow a track down or transpose it in the audio bar.

Chord Sheet Generator

Paste lyrics with chords and get a clean chart you can transpose to any key, then read it full-screen in Stand View.

Gigs & Setlists

Playing out? Keep the setlist, venue, contacts and pay for every gig in one place, with a run sheet of start times.

Your Band, When You're Ready

Your plan includes a shared band workspace. Invite bandmates and the same songs, setlists and gigs are theirs too.

Gig Money

Log what each gig paid and what it cost, by category, with monthly totals.

Practice studio

Tools that turn practice time into progress

No separate metronome, tuner or ear-training subscription. Drill ear, rhythm, voice and reading, and watch your accuracy per interval, chord and scale in the statistics.

Ear training

Intervals, chord qualities, scales, chord progressions and melodic dictation on a staff, from beginner up to conservatoire level. Five instrument sounds.

Rhythm & drums

Rhythm trainer, rudiments, polyrhythms, swing and gap click, plus a timing analyzer that listens and shows whether you rush or drag, in milliseconds.

Voice & intonation

Sight-singing scored note by note through your mic, pitch matching, a range finder, vibrato analysis and an intonation trainer for fretless instruments.

Statistics that guide you

Every drill answer is logged. See per-interval, per-chord, per-scale accuracy and spot exactly which intervals you miss most. Progress is visible, not vibes-based.

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We've got answers.

Is BandFlow free to use?

You get a 14-day free trial with every feature unlocked, and no card is needed to start it. After the trial, choose monthly or annual to keep going.

How does the practice tracker work?

Log each practice session with what you worked on, how long, and a self-rating. BandFlow tracks your streaks, shows a monthly calendar, and helps you set and hit weekly goals so you stay consistent.

Is BandFlow a practice journal, or just a timer?

A journal. Each session keeps your notes, a 1 to 5 star rating and two reflections: what improved, and what to work on next time. Link a session to the songs, setlists and goals it was for. The Reflections view gathers every note from the last week, month or all time, grouped by focus area or by week, so you can read back what you learned instead of starting from zero.

What practice tools are included?

A complete training studio: ear-training drills (intervals, chords, scales, progressions), a rhythm trainer with tap-along scoring, triads and arpeggios, a chord progression trainer, scale recognition, melodic dictation onto a staff, sight-singing marked note by note through your microphone, a note reader, backing drones, a 4-bar harmony player, a metronome and a chromatic tuner. Every answer is logged and charted in a statistics dashboard so you can see exactly which intervals or chords you miss most.

Can I use BandFlow as a solo musician?

Yes, that's who this plan is built around. The practice journal, tools, statistics and song library all work on their own. The band workspace is there if you ever want it.

How is this different from a metronome or ear-training app?

Those apps do one drill and forget it. BandFlow keeps the metronome, tuner, ear training, rhythm and vocal tools next to your practice log and your songs, so every session and every answer adds up in one set of statistics.

How do setlists work in BandFlow?

Create ordered setlists from your song library. Attach chord sheets, backing tracks, and notes to each song. Share the whole setlist with your band in one tap.

Can I attach files like chord sheets and backing tracks?

Yes. Upload PDFs, images, and audio files to any song. Preview PDFs inline and play audio directly in the app.

How many bands can I be in?

Your plan includes 1 band, whether you create it or are invited. Each extra band is $6/month, charged when you add it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. No hidden fees.
