Doing this every week?

BandFlow builds each service from a template like this one. Volunteers get a calendar invitation they accept from Gmail or Outlook, songs and charts sit on the event, and on the day the team follows the service order live. Members never pay.

Questions

Is the template really free?

Yes. Download the PDF or the CSV, no account or email needed. Print it, put it in a shared spreadsheet, or change it to fit your team.

Can I change the positions?

Yes. The CSV opens in Google Sheets, Excel or Numbers, where you can add or remove rows. The PDF has space to cross out or write in positions.

What does BandFlow do differently from a spreadsheet?

You build each service from a template, assign people to positions, and every volunteer gets a calendar invitation they can accept or decline in Gmail or Outlook. Songs, chord charts and the service order sit on the event, and on the day the team can follow it live.
