Common questions
I can't sign in
On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password? and we will email you a link to set a new one. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Notifications in the iPhone and Android apps
Turn them on or off in the app under Settings → Push notifications, or in your phone's own settings for BandFlow. To silence one conversation only, open it in Messages and tap the bell at the top.
Deleting your account
Go to Settings → Delete Account, on the website or in the app. This permanently removes your account and its data. If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will do it for you.
